REQUEST FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that requests for bids will be received at the Summers County School Board of Education office, 116 Main Street, Hinton, WV 25951 for the following: High Definition Security Cameras, Network Video Recording System and installation at Summers County High School. Bids must include shipping, installation, cabling, mounting hardware, (49) variable angle 4K surveillance cameras, (1) 1080p PTZ camera, (1) 1.27mm 6MP fisheye camera, (1) 64 channel Network Video Recorder (NVR) with 32TB of local hard dive storage. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, appropriately marked to indicate the bid and must be addressed to Eric Widdoes, Director of Technology and received by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 4, 2019. All bids are to be in strict accordance with the bid documents prepared by the Summers County Schools Board of Education and filed in the office of Purchasing. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or parts of bids and to waive informalities. Vendor bid must be valid until July 31, 2019.
