REQUEST FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that requests for bids will be received at the Summers County School Board of Education office, 116 Main Street, Hinton, WV 25951 for the following: (460) Lenovo 100e Chromebooks. Bids must include Shipping, Parts On-Site, White Glove Google G-Suite Enrollment, 53 month leasing and warranty to end June of 2023. Lease agreement must include a Fair Market Value Purchasing option and a Non-Funding Clause. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, appropriately marked to indicate the bid and must be addressed to Eric Widdoes, Director of Technology and received by 4:00 p.m., Friday, December 28, 2018. All bids are to be in strict accordance with the bid documents prepared by the Summers County Schools Board of Education and filed in the office of Purchasing. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or parts of bids and to waive informalities. Vendor bid must be valid until January 15, 2019.
