REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Greenbrier County Commission is seeking sealed bids for two demo & ACM abatement projects. Both projects are residential only, 14 total structures, and located in White Sulphur Springs, Rainelle, and Rupert. The dwellings have been purchased by the Commission through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, funded by FEMA, and are scheduled to be torn down. The project includes structure ACM abatement, demo and the removal of all debris. A pre-bid conference will be held on June 11, 2020, 9:00am, GCHSEM office, 171 Arbuckle Ln, Maxwelton. All interested contractors, or their representatives, must be present to be eligible to bid. Bids will be accepted at the GCHSEM office until 4:30pm, June 22, 2020. All bids submitted will be opened at the Commission meeting on June 23, 2020. The Greenbrier County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Information for Bidders and other related documents will be available at the pre-bid conference. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 30 days after the date of the bid opening.
