REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Greenbrier County Commission is seeking sealed bids on the demolition of one private dwelling in White Sulphur Springs. The dwelling has been purchased by the Commission through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, funded by FEMA, and is scheduled to be torn down. The project includes structure demo, the removal of all debris, and landscaping following the demolition. A pre-bid conference will be held on May 31, 2019, 9:00 a.m., GCHSEM office, 171 Arbuckle Lane, Maxwelton. All interested contractors, or their representatives, must be present to be eligible to bid. Bids will be accepted at the Greenbrier County Commission office until 4:30 p.m., June 10, 2019. All bids submitted will be opened at the Commission meeting on June 11, 2019. If a bid is awarded, all work must be completed within 60 days. The Greenbrier County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract and other related documents will be available at the pre-bid conference.
