REQUEST FOR BIDS
The RALEIGH COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY is currently seeking bids to purchase one new cushion tired forklift. The forklift must meet the following minimum requirements. 5500 pound capacity at rated load center. 2.4 liter engine. LPG fuel system. 48″ high load back rest extension. 48″ long x 5″ wide x 1.8″ thick, class III pallet forks. Side shifter with housing. Lights, single speed power shift transmission. Service and parts manuals included. Machine standard warranty information, price for extended warranty options. Include any and all delivery charges. Bids must be sealed and marked “Fork Lift”. Bids may be mailed to 200 Fernandez Drive, Beckley, WV 25801 or delivered to the RCSWA Administration office at 200 Fernandez Drive, Beckley, WV 25801. Bids will be accepted until 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 10, 2019. Bids will be opened on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 2:35 p.m. at The RALEIGH COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY office at 200 Fernandez Drive Beckley W.V. 25801. The RCSWA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. It is mandatory for all bidders to contact WVDEP REAP at 1-800-322-5530 to report your bid submission.
