REQUEST FOR BIDS
The RALEIGH COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY is currently seeking bids for the construction of a concrete retaining wall. The wall will be in two phases. Phase One of the wall will be approximately 40 feet long, ranging in height from 7 feet to 9 feet 6 inches. Phase Two of the wall will be 105 feet long at 9 feet 6 inches in height. Bid packets may be requested and picked up at no charge at the RCSWA administration office. Any questions should be directed to Travis Kiblinger or James Allen at (304) 255-9335. A pre bid meeting will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the RCSWA administration office. Bids must be sealed and marked “Retaining Wall”. Bids may be mailed to 200 Fernandez Drive, Beckley, WV 25801 or delivered to the RCSWA Administration office at 200 Fernandez Drive, Beckley, WV 25801. Bids will be accepted until 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 13, 2019. Bids will be opened on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 1:35 p.m. at The RALEIGH COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY office at 200 Fernandez Drive, Beckley, WV 25801. The RCSWA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
