REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Raleigh County Solid Waste Authority is currently seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide landfill gas extraction well drilling services at the RCSWA’s sanitary landfill in Beckley West Virginia. The project will consist of providing drilling services for the purpose of installing passive gas vents within previously deposited municipal solid waste. Consisting of approximately 135 feet of drilling, 36″ diameter hole. The installation of the gravel and piping for the vents will be performed by RCSWA personnel.

Bids may be mailed to 200 Fernandez Drive, Beckley, WV 25801, or dropped off at our business office at 200 Fernandez Drive, Beckley, WV 25801. Bids must be sealed and marked “Well Drilling”. Bids will be accepted until 1:30 p.m., Monday, December 17, 2018 and opened at 1:50 p.m., Monday, December 17, 2018 at the RCSWA Administration office located at 200 Fernandez Drive, Beckley, WV 25801. The RCSWA reserves the right to reject all bids.
