Fayette County Commission
The Fayette County Commission (FCC), a Certified Local Government, is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Fayette County Courthouse Additions Repairs Project, located in Fayetteville, West Virginia. The project includes, but is not limited to, masonry restoration and repointing; replacement of deteriorated brick and mortar joints; removal and replacement of steel lintels; repair and stabilization of coping stones; flashing replacement and waterproofing improvements; and associated wood, roof, and gutter repairs.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held in the County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor, Fayette County Courthouse, 100 N. Court Street, Fayetteville, WV, on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
Sealed bids will be received at the offices of the Fayette County Commission, 100 N. Court Street, Fayetteville, WV 25840, until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.
