The Wyoming County Board of Education is accepting written bids for cleaning supplies to be used in the school facilities during the 2025-2026 school year. The contract may be renewed for an additional two years upon satisfactory performance and mutual consent for the Board of Education and the Vendor. Items must be delivered to each of the 14 schools, central office, and maintenance/bus garage buildings as they are ordered in a timely manner – preferably within a week of the placed order.
A list of the types of items to be used in the schools is available on pages 3-4 of this request.
The awarded contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder for all items needed for the schools – not individually per item. Wyoming County Schools reserves the right to make decisions based on the needs of the schools including availability of items that go together such as soap and soap dispensers.
There will be no pre-bid meeting for this contract.

Bids can also be delivered "in-person" until the deadline for opening the bids.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 1:00 pm on November 20, 2025, at which time the sealed bids will be opened and read aloud at the Wyoming County Schools Central Office. The Wyoming County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject bids.
This contract will then be officially awarded to the winning bidder at a formal Board of Education meeting. The winning bidder will be notified at that time.
