REQUEST FOR PROPERTY APPRAISAL BIDS The Raleigh County Commission, through the State and Federal Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, is seeking sealed bids for the services of a Licensed Real Estate Property Appraiser to appraise properties located within the territorial boundaries of Raleigh County. A List of properties, including Property Owner and Address; Tax Map; Assessor Assessment and Appraisal Information and Deed are available at the Raleigh County Commission, 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia. All interested appraisers are invited to submit proposals to include the following: Scope of Work Pre-flood Appraisal Cost of per property appraisal License and Insurance Copy of West Virginia Business License Proof of Workers Compensation Proof of Liability Insurance Proposals are to be received at the Raleigh County Commission Office, 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, by 4:00 p.m. on April 29, 2016.
