Tucker Community Foundation wishes to obtain engineering services for developing the Tucker Boulder Park located in Davis, WV in association with the planned trailhead for the Allegheny Highland Trail expansion on the soon to be completed section of Corridor H in Tucker County. Firms with landscape architects or others that have experience with park design are encouraged to submit proposals.
Engineering services required may include any or all of the following services: project meetings, data collection and compilation, master planning, phasing recommendations, assistance with funding sources, surveying, construction document preparation, bidding, construction administration & observation services, and any general services required to complete the proposed enhancements. Architect and engineering services not to exceed 7-10{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} of project cost.
Procurement of these services shall be in conformity with WV State Code 5G- 1 and any applicable federal funding sources. Firms interested in being considered for these services must submit an expression of interest detailing qualifications, technical expertise, management and staffing capabilities, familiarity with local conditions and related prior experience.

The selected firm will be required to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Executive Order 11246, Conflict of Interest Statement and Access to Records provisions.
