REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP #: 2015-06 Request for Proposals for Internal Connections / Network Hardware bids through the FCC E-Rate Program. Additional information is available through the E-Rate Form 470 process. Bids will be received by the Raleigh County Board of Education, 2001 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801 on March 11, 2015, 1:30 p.m. EST. Neither dating of proposal form nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. Proposal form must be received on or before date and time stated. Bidders must comply with all bidding requirements and conditions set forth in the proposal. Proposal documents may be obtained from the Raleigh County Board of Education, Purchasing Department, 2001 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV 25801. All requests for hard copies of Proposal Documents shall be made to the Purchasing Director no later than five days prior to bid open date. Failure to comply will preclude the issuance of Proposal Documents requested.
