REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Two PRI’s The Mercer County Board of Education, Princeton, WV invites proposals to provide two new Primary Rate Interfaces (PRI’s) for Mercer County Schools. Proposals must comply with the Universal School and Library Program of the Universal Service Fund, or E-Rate requirements. The scope of service, submission requirements and the basis for the award is contained in the request for proposal. No proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for at least ninety days. No responses will be accepted after the posted closing time. Other requirements are detailed in the RFP. Proposals will be publicly opened on May 19, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. in the main conference room, Mercer County Board of Education, 1403 Honaker Avenue, Princeton, WV 24740.
