REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AUDIT SERVICES The Raleigh County Housing Authority is accepting proposals from qualified firms or individuals for IPA Audit Services for the Housing Authority for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016. Proposals in a sealed envelope with the contents clearly indicated on the outside of the envelope will be received until 4:00 p.m. EDST on Thursday, June 30, 2016 by mail to PO Box 2618, Beckley, WV 25802, or hand delivered to the Administrative Office at 282 George Street, Beckley, WV 25801, at which time and place all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. The audit shall be performed in accordance with OMB Super Circular A-133 (or OMB Omni Circular), 2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. The Auditor / Accountant must have prior experience in auditing HUD-funded Housing Authority-administered programs and must provide a list of these audits. The Auditor shall provide the Authority with a draft copy of the audit report for review and discussion before issuance and an electronic copy of the audit report in either Word or Adobe PDF format. The Auditor shall also be responsible for the electronic submission of the audit report or any related document(s) to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Federal Clearinghouse.
