REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Raleigh County Commission is seeking proposals for architectural and engineering services to determine how the existing interior Courthouse space located at 215 Main Street in Beckley can be most efficiently used. The proposed services should include, at a minimum, the following: Preparation of as-built floor plans for the existing facility Engineering review of courthouse interior to determine load bearing walls and utility runs Review of current circulation patterns throughout the courthouse to assess public access for services Review of county offices located outside of the courthouse to determine feasibility of placement of outside offices into existing courthouse space Completion of master plan for courthouse detailing any new configuration of space For additional information or on site visit, contact Jeff Raines at (304) 255-9146.
