REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
FOR RECREATION EQUIPMENT AND FENCING INCLUDING INSTALLATION AT
SIMPKINS PARK, EAST PARK and TEMPLE STREET PARK
The City of Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia is seeking sealed proposals in response to a Request for Proposals (RFP) to furnish and install recreation equipment (swings and basketball goals) at Simpkins Park and chain link fencing at East Park, Temple Street Park, and Simpkins Park in the City of Beckley.
One (1) original and two (2) copies of the written proposal must be submitted to Ms. Angela King, Grants Administrator, 409 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV 25801 by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26th, 2020. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Recreation Equipment and Park Fencing.” Only written and sealed proposals will be accepted. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted. Any proposal received after the time and date proposals are due, will be returned unopened.
