REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

BOND COUNSEL SERVICES

The Burnsville Public Utility Board, Burnsville, West Virginia is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide the above referenced services for its sewer project. A list of services required are included in the complete copies of the Request for Proposals and may be obtained by visiting Region VII website: http:www.regionvii.com/resources/ or by contacting Lisa Stout, Office Manager at [email protected] or Cary Smith, Region VII Planning & Development Council Project Manager at [email protected] or (304)472-6564.

An electronic copy of each proposal must be marked “Proposal for Bond Counsel Services” and must be received by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, 2024. Submissions shall be sent to: Burnsville Public Utility

Board c/o Lisa Stout, Office Manager and Region VII Planning & Development Council c/o Cary Smith,

Project Manager via the email addresses above.

Selection criteria will include certification, experience, expertise, personnel, references, and cost (which must include the hourly fee and proposed contract cost). The BPUB will review all proposals and rank, based upon such criteria, the firm that will provide the services that are most advantageous to the BPUB.

The BPUB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
