Request for Proposals
The Raleigh County Housing Authority (RCHA) is seeking proposals from qualified owners to develop or rehabilitate low-income rental units with up to 100 total project-based vouchers available (no more than 25 project-based vouchers per project will be awarded). Proposals for existing developments not requiring rehabilitation work will also be accepted.
In order for a project to be considered, the owner must submit a proposal to the Raleigh County Housing Authority no later than Monday, March 25, 2019. Proposals must respond to and/or meet all requirements as outlined in a Request for Proposals (RFP) and Application Packet available at the Housing Authority. Incomplete proposals will not be reviewed nor considered.
A detailed RFP and Application Packet may be obtained from the Raleigh County Housing Authority office located at 282 George Street, Beckley, WV, Monday through Thursday. The RCHA will accept proposals until the submission deadline of 3:00 p.m. prevailing time on March 25, 2019.

The Raleigh County Housing Authority reserves the right to cancel its Request for Proposals or to reject any and all proposals.
