The KYOVA Interstate Planning Commission (KYOVA) is seeking a qualified consulting firm to conduct a Transit Feasibility Study for Greenup County, Kentucky. The study will evaluate existing transit conditions, identify transportation needs, assess potential transit service options, and recommend strategies to improve mobility for residents and communities throughout Greenup County.
