REQUEST FOR QUOTATION The City of Hinton Fire Department is seeking expressions of interest for a 20 foot aluminum step van on Ford F59 Chassis, GVWR no less than 19,500 please specify, V10 gas motor, Automatic transmission, 40 gallon fuel tank, 40 btu heater, air conditioning, 19.5 inch tires, back up camera with color monitor, jump set mounting hardware, front and rear bumper standard of company please specify, LED turn, brake, signal and marker lights, white paint. Please list standard features of cab chassis and box. Options to be bid with separate price or to be provided at no charge are as follows: Paint color to be red Paint to be half red and half white 29 inch rear doors with windows in doors Aluminum bulk head with sliding door 12v power supply on dash Passenger and driver doors to have glass and driver door to open side Additional cab and cargo lights to be LED please specify Rub rails lower body Fender flairs rubber type Mirror stainless steel west coast type along with convex mirror Stainless wheel covers or simulators Lettering 10 inch block shaded color to be gold with shaded black 2 – 6 inch scotch lite stripping down side to be NFPA compliant Rear of vehicle to be Chevron stripping minimum 50{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} color red / yellow Individuals / firms are invited to submit a quotation to include specification and pricing, and other related material information desired no later than July 3, 2015, 4:00 p.m. at City Hall, City of Hinton, 322 Summers Street, Hinton, West Virginia 25951. The City of Hinton will evaluate the specifications and pricing submitted and may conduct discussions with individuals / firms submitting proposals deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the services required and then rank such proposals in order of preference. The City of Hinton may award a contract with the individual / firm determined to be the most highly qualified in specifications and pricing. The City of Hinton reserves the right to reject any and all bids from individuals / firms and to make the award in any manner deemed by it, in its sole discretion, to be in the interest of the City of Hinton and in accordance with West Virginia State code.
