Take notice that the City of Smithers will accept sealed bids for demolition services for the City of Smithers. Bids must be received on or before November 13, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the Office of the Mayor, inside the GATEWAY Center at 2 Greyhound Lane, Suite A, (US Mail P.O. Box 489) Smithers WV 25186.

The City of Smithers reserves the right to award contracts to more than one vendor or make one award for the total and the right to reject any or all submissions for any reason.
