The Region VIII Solid Waste Authority (Region VIII SWA) is seeking to purchase a new horizontal baler. Region VIII SWA is accepting sealed quotes, in their offices located at 131 Providence Lane, Grant County Industrial Park, Petersburg, WV until 2 p.m. on Friday, August 5, 2016 or by mail to P.O. Box 116, Petersburg, WV 26847, until Noon on August 5, 2016. The baler should have the general features listed below:
Moderate Duty
Closed Door, Full Eject
Manual Tie
Flared Feed Hopper
Capable of Producing a Compressing Force of 150,000 lbs. or Greater
The quotes will be opened publicly at the Authority’s offices on Friday, August 5, 2016 at 2:15 p.m. Quote forms and packages are available by calling the Authority at 304-257-2644. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all quotes.
