REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS
The Housing Authority of the City of Mount Hope, WV, invites sealed bids for the procurement of insurance coverage. Property, comprehensive, general liability, owned and non-owned automobile coverage, fidelity bond.
The coverage is to be effective July 1, 2019 through July 1, 2020. Bid opening date is March 4, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. in the community room located at 9B Midtown Terrace, Mount Hope, WV. Bid documents may be obtained by contacting Stormy Parsons, Mount Hope Housing Authority, 9B Midtown Terrace, Mount Hope, WV 25880 at (304) 877-6541.
All bids must be clearly marked and received on or before March 4, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and all interested parties are invited to bid.
