REQUEST FOR
SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE TAZEWELL COUNTY TRANSPORTATION SAFETY COMMISSION
The below signed member, Jonathan Roberts, acting in the absence of the Chairman of the Tazewell County Transportation Safety Commission, does hereby request that a Special Meeting of said Commission be held on August 26, 2019 at 5:30 PM or as soon thereafter as may be convened in the Tazewell County Administration building, located at 197 Main Street, Tazewell, VA 24651, for the purposes as set forth below:
(1) Call to Order
(2) Invocation/Pledge
(3) Election of Chairman and Recording Secretary
(4) Approval of Meeting Minutes / Financial Expenditures
(5) Consideration of Bylaws Revisions
(6) Discussion of Transportation Safety Issues in Tazewell County
(7) Member Concerns
(8) Scheduling Subsequent Meeting Dates/Times
(9) Adjournment
This meeting is hereby CALLED this 19th day of August, 2019.
