REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS
Fairmont State University will accept sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide Flight Training Services. Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on February 27, 2015. At that time, proposals will be opened in Room #305 Hardway Hall.
