MID-OHIO VALLEY TRANSIT AUTHORITY
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
The Mid-Ohio Valley Transit Authority invites proposals to provide all work, including, but not limited to: labor, materials, and transportation for the consulting services for route study analysis and recommendations to current services.
The location of the project will be at the following address:

All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the proposal documents. ALL PROPOSAL FORMS MUST BE SIGNED AND COMPLETE WITHOUT ERROR AND RETURNED WITH SUBMISSION.
The award of the contract will be awarded to the most qualified proposer only. Vendor must meet all requirements of the proposal documents. No Exceptions. MOVTA is not responsible for any late, lost or non-deliverable mail at the time of the proposal opening.

Sealed proposals will be received by the Mid-Ohio Valley Transit Authority, 520 Juliana Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101 until 1:30 p.m. on May 12, 2017.
