REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
FOR LEGAL SERVICES
The Roane County Commission is accepting proposals for legal counsel to collect delinquent personal property taxes. The contract will be for one year beginning on May 1, 2019. All interested attorneys must show proof of a valid West Virginia State Bar License. Proposals must include fees charged on a percentage basis for this service and must be submitted no later than 11:00 am on April 26, 2019 to the Roane County Commission, 200 Main Street Spencer, WV 25276.
