Public Meeting Notice
The Town of Rupert will hold a public meeting at the Town Hall in Rupert located at 528 Nicholas Street, Rupert WV 25984, on April 21, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. The public meeting will be to discuss filing an application with the West Virginia Development Office for Community Development Block Grant Mitigation Funds. The public comment period will be open 10 days after the meeting and closing at 4:00 p.m. on April 30, 2021. Should anyone wish to make comment regarding this project after the meeting, you may do so by contacting the Town of Rupert at 304-392-5682 or by email at [email protected].
The purpose of the Public Meeting will be to discuss and receive citizens input in relation to community development, the needs of low- and moderate-income persons, and provide citizens with information concerning the Community Development Block Grant Program.
All persons having an interest in the housing and community development needs and needs of low- and moderate-income persons of Rupert are encouraged to attend the meeting or express their views to the Town of Rupert by the above date. Provisions for the disabled may be made by contacting the Town of Rupert in advance of the meeting date.
