SOLICITATION OF INTEREST The State of West Virginia is soliciting offers from parties interested in providing on a lease basis, a combination of office, storage, filing, and conference room space containing approximately 23,000 -28,000 square feet, along with approximately one-hundred fifty (150) parking spaces, situate within an approximate 10 mile radius of the city limits of Oakhill. The building and parking lot must be ADA compliant and must meet all applicable federal, state and local codes, standards and ordinances.
