All those certain two parcels of real estate known as Lots 21 and 22 of Short Mountain Heights Subdivision containing 2.01 and 2.375 acres, more or less, respectively, situate in Sherman District of Hampshire County, West Virginia, and being the same parcels of real estate conveyed from Allen E. Kingree, et al., to Ronnie W. Hinkle and Teresa L. Hinkle by deed dated June 25, 2010, and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Hampshire County, West Virginia, in Deed Book No. 490, at page 364.
