Invitation To Bid
The First Presbyterian Church is requesting a bid for stained glass window repair for their building in Fairmont, WV.
The project includes removal and replacement of window coverings and to perform general services that stained glass windows require.
The project completion date is no later than September 2023 and will be reviewed by the West Virginia State Historic Preservation Office. Contractors will be selected based upon cost, experience with similar historic preservation projects, and proven ability to complete a project. The contractor must carry out the described work in compliance with the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.
The bid package is available by calling (304) 282-7637. The property will be open for a mandatory inspection pre-bid walk-through November 4, 2022, at 11:00 am. All bids must be received no later than 2:00 pm Friday, November 18, 2022.
