PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Parsons, a municipal corporation, will hold a final vote on a proposed Telecommunications Equipment and Huts Ground Lease Agreement with Zayo Group, LLC. The premises being leased is a 70’ x 65’ tract of land located at 8948 Seneca Trail, Parsons, West Virginia 26287. The initial term of said lease agreement is for thirty (30) years with two (2), five (5) year renewal options. Rent for said premises is $8,400.00 per year with an increase of 1.5% per year.
The final vote on adoption of said lease agreement will be held at 6:00 P.M. (EDT) on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 via Zoom Online Meeting Application. To join the meeting, please use the login information provided below:

Copies of said lease agreement are available upon request by calling the Parsons Business Office at (304) 478-2311, between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. (EDT), Monday through Friday, except holidays. The said lease agreement may be materially amended at said meeting.
If adopted, said lease agreement shall immediately become effective from the time of its passage.
