Recycling Trailers
The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority is soliciting bids for Recycling Trailers to be delivered to the Greenbrier Recycle Center, 450 Monroe Avenue, Ronceverte, WV 24970.
Sealed bids will be accepted by the Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority, 450 Monroe Avenue, Ronceverte, West Virginia, 24970 until 2:00 PM, November 1, 2024.
Trailers shall meet the following at a minimum:
1. 20 yard capacity.
2. Three compartment.
3. 8’ X 16’ box.
4. Hydraulic dumping.
5. Full split rear unload doors with lockable cam latch.
6. Greasable hinges on unload doors.
7. Tandem 12,000 pound dump cylinders.
8. Power up and down hydraulics.
9. 45 degree dump angle.
10. Tandem 6k rubber torsion axles with at least 10 year warranty.
11. EZ lube hubs.
12. LED lights.
13. Brake lights in bumper and above unload doors.
14. Lockable rust proof poly battery and pump box.
15. Urethane primer and Urethane paint.
Bid shall include the following:
Detailed Specifications along with warranty detail.
Manufacturers Sales Literature.
Freight to jobsite.
Delivery Date.
Payment Schedule.
All bidding documents must be submitted in a single envelope addressed to the Owner and marked with the following information in the lower left hand corner:
“Name and Address of Bidder”

To be opened at 2:00 PM,
November 1, 2024
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of the opening of bids. The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part.
