NOTICE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE Pursuant to the authority vested by Deed of Trust dated 20th day of January, 2010, Bobby L. Adkins and Karen C. Adkins, Grantors, to Philip A. Vallandingham and Samuel A. Vallandingham, Trustees, which said Deed of Trust is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wayne County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 704, beginning at page 1, and the undersigned, Daniel T Yon and Melissa Eakle Leasure, substituted Trustees, by Substitution of Trustees of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wayne Trust Deed Book 759 at page 851, having been requested to do so by the Lender, and default having been made under the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust, and the provisions of said Deed of Trust concerning acceleration having been complied with by the Lender and present holder of the note, said substituted Trustees shall sell at public auction on November 19, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. at the front steps of the courthouse of Wayne County, West Virginia, the following real estate particularly described as follows: A tract of land situate on the waters of Twelve Pole Creek, Ceredo District, Wayne County, S.W. of Huntington, West Virginia, Tax Map 3, P/O 21, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING on the fnd concrete monument, a S.W. corner on North side of Walnut Lane; thence S. 64 46′ 57″ W. 214.16′ with North side of Walnut Lane to fnd I.P. Thence N. 164′ 48″ W. 355.53′ with east line of Ervin to set Lovejoy monument a rebar and cap #193. Thence N. 68 46′ 55″ E. 186.63′ with South line of Lot 15 crossing South end of street and Lot 14, to fnd rebar. Thence S. 21 16′ 20″ E. 339.59′ with West line of deed reference 427/670 to the BEGINNING, containing 1.59 acres, more or less, as surveyed by Dallas Lovejoy, P.S. 193 Milton, West Virginia, and shown on a map titled PROPERTY SUBDIVISION OF HARMON AND NORA ALICE HOLBROOK, dated 3-23-95.
