The Lewisburg Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chambers, 942 Washington Street West, to hear the following application.
1. Call to order
2. Comments from the public
3. Hearing, Alex Smith and Lylah Stitzer, 180 Courtney Drive, request a Conditional Use permit to operate or a 2-bedroom Air BNB.
4. Comments from the Commissioners
5. Comments from the Planning and Zoning Officer
6. Adjournment
The next Lewisburg Board of Zoning Appeals meeting will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. The deadline for the March meeting will be March 4, 2025, at noon.
