NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated August 31, 2004 from Ray W. Smith and Ellouise A. Smith, also known as Elouise A. Smith, to George Anthony Met, Jr., Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Tucker County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 196, at page 26, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $46,000.00, payable to MERS, as nominee for The CIT Group/Consumer Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., as Assignee of the Deed of Trust, the undersigned Successor Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Tucker County Courthouse in Parsons, West Virginia, on April 2, 2021 at 12:00 p.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, the following pieces or parcels of real estate, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate and being in the Rosendorf Addition to the Town of Hendricks, Tucker County, West Virginia, described as follows, to wit:
Lot No. 52 and 53 each fronting 40 feet on the Street and
extending back at even width 120 feet to the rear thereof.
Being the same property conveyed from Margaret Ellen Roark and James H. Roark, her husband, to Ray W. Smith and Elouise A. Smith, husband and wife, by Deed dated April 5, 1981, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book No. 98, at page 158.
Terms of sale: Ten percent nonrefundable cash deposit due at sale. Ninety percent balance of purchase price due within thirty days of date of sale.
