Moore, Civil Engineer, entitled, " Revised Map of Sewell Addition to City of Charleston owned by A.L. Amick, Being Part of Lot No. Seven Glen Elk Hill Land, Charleston Kanawha Co West Va." of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Photostatic Map Book 6, at page 109. This conveyance is subject to a sanitary sewer easement belonging to the City of Charleston which said easements runs on and along the rear line of the lot hereby conveyed.
