TRUSTEE’S SALE OF VALUABLE REAL ESTATE The undersigned Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the authority vested in him by that certain Deed of Trust dated October 30, 2009, and duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, in Deed of Trust Book 850, at Page 212, Connie S. Mealhouse did convey unto Frederick A. Jesser, III and Charles E. This instrument is made subject to all lawful restrictions, reservations, covenants and conditions made and contained in all prior deeds in the chain of title to the above described real estate.
