TRUSTEE’S SALE OF VALUABLE REAL ESTATE The undersigned Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the authority vested in him by that certain Deed of Trust dated December 2, 2010, and duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Deed of Trust Book 5041, at Page 6438, and Loan Modification in Book 5056, at Page 3868, Joseph O. Cadle did convey unto Carl W. Roop, Trustee, certain real property described in said Deed of Trust; and the beneficiary has elected to appoint Pill & Pill, PLLC as Substitute Trustee by a Substitution of Trustee recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office; and default having been made under the aforementioned Deed of Trust, and the undersigned Substitute Trustee having been instructed by the secured party to foreclose thereunder, will offer for sale at public auction at the front door of the Raleigh County Courthouse, in Beckley, West Virginia, on Friday, May 1, 2015 at 12:15 p.m. The following described real estate, with its improvements, easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the Beckley District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and more particularly described as follows: The surface of those two certain lots or parcels of land situate near the City of Beckley, in Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: TRACT ONE: And being Lot No. One (1), Section One (1), of the Pine Lodge Addition, as shown on a map of said Addition of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Map Book 9, at Page 3, reference to which map is hereby made for a more particular description of the Lot herein conveyed. TRACT TWO: And being Lot No. Two (2), Section One (1), of the Pine Lodge Addition, as shown on a map of said Addition; of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Map Book No. 9, at Page 78, reference to which map is hereby made for a more particular description of the lot herein conveyed.
