To: All persons, their known and unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, assigns and successors, owning an interest in the coalbed methane, gas and oil underlying the J.M. Stallard T-612 330.00-acre Tract and adjacent tracts situated approximately 1,300 feet northeast of the intersection of Virginia State Routes 80 and 712 and approximately 6,000 feet northwest of Davenport in the Hurricane District, Duty Quadrangle of Buchanan County, Virginia.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that EnerVest Operating, LLC, 408 West Main Street, Abingdon, Virginia 24210, is requesting that the Virginia Gas and Oil Board (hereinafter “Board”) issue an order pooling the unleased interests in coalbed methane, gas and oil estates pursuant to Va. Code Ann. 45.1-361.1 et seq. in regard to the drilling, development, and production of coalbed methane, oil and gas from drilling Unit Well No. VCI-538279 Nora Grid AY-79, containing approximately 58.77 acres, located on the above-referenced tracts.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause has been set for hearing and the taking of evidence before the Board at 9:00 a.m. on May 21, 2019 continued from April 16, 2019, at the Russell County Conference Center, Highland Drive, Lebanon, Virginia.
