Daniels, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certificate No. 42889, located in Huttonsville District, 2.80 AC Map 108.20 which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of Swint, Ida, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of Randolph County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on 07/29/2015. Charles E. & Carole N. Daniels requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 11/02/2015, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
