Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of Lamar Advertising for a Variance from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request a variance to construct off premise signage at 9508 Seneca Trail, Fairlea. The subject property is zoned Commercial, located in the Fort Spring district, described in Deed Book 547 on Page 473 and shown on Tax Map 9G as Parcel 86.
PUBLIC HEARING 2: The Board will consider the request and application of Jeff/Cherie Austin for a Variance from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request a variance for a lot size or setback variance at 9501 A/B Seneca Trail S. Fairlea. The subject property is zoned Commercial, located in the Fort Spring district, described in Deed Book 571 on Page 364 and shown on Tax Map 9G as Parcels 84 & 85.
