The object of the above entitled action is to give notice herein that a Petition for Authority to Engage in the Bonding Business in Pendleton County has been filed by the Petitioner in the Circuit Court of Pendleton County, West Virginia.
It is so ORDERED that a hearing regarding said Petition is scheduled for March 16, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. before the Honorable H. Charles Carl, III, in the Hampshire County Judical Center, 50 South High Street, Romney, West Virginia.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at the Office of the Circuit Clerk located in Franklin, West Virginia.
