Notice is hereby given that on the 23 day of April 2018, at 2:00 oáclock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, John Vandale will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by said Court changing his/her childás name from Sierra Jones to Sierra Vandale. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her Office.
