NOTICE OF STORAGE UNIT(S) SALE
Pursuant to WV Code 39 article 12 regarding the contents of storage units located at Simply Storage 109 West Run Road location (only) and the authority vested in the undersigned by that certain Storage Rental Agreement entered into by Simply Storage (lessor) and Misty Davis unit 8, Daniel Allison unit 33, Michael Trickett unit 10, Willie Frank Friend unit 9, Rebecca Reid unit 54 (lessee’s) and further pursuant to the default of the lessee of the terms and conditions of said Storage Rental Agreement (s), the undersigned will sell by public auction on the 27th day of April, 2015 at 10:00 am at 109 West Run Road Morgantown WV, Monongalia County, West Virginia all of the contents of the previous mentioned units. Items of the auction may be inspected at 9:50 am at 109 West Run Road.

Cash in hand the day of sale. Any sale hereunder may be adjourned from time to time without any notice other than oral proclamation at the time and place appointed for the sales.
