The object of the above entitled action is a suit for collection relating to unreturned uniforms.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that ZACHARY STONEKING is an individual Defendant and that the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the Defendant, without effect.
It is therefore ORDERED that ZACHARY STONEKING do appear and serve upon Fred D. Clark, Esquire, counsel for the plaintiff, whose address is 1439 1st Avenue, S, Institute, West Virginia 25143, an answer or other response to the Complaint on or before 11-17-17, otherwise judgment by default will be entered against ZACHARY STONEKING at any time thereafter.
