It is hereby ordered that KURTIS MATTHEW WALTERS, Respondent, serve upon TIMI ANN WALTERS, Petitioner, by serving TIMI ANN WALTERS, 111 KEITH STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26104, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before APRIL 10, 2018.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
