NOTICE OF FILING
On March 31, 2016, the Applicant filed an application for a transfer of P.S.C. M.C. Certificate No. 423 to BMG Transport, LLC. The authority will be transferred at a price of $100. No assets will be transferred.
P.S.C. M.C. Certificate No. 423 authorizes taxicab service from respective stands in the City of Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia, and between points and places in Ohio County, on the one hand, and points and places in West Virginia, on the other hand, excluding transportation of railroad employees for railroad-related work purposes, and excluding the transportation of persons whose transportation is to be paid for, billed to, or reimbursed by Medicaid or Medicare.
Anyone desiring to object to the application must do so, in writing, within ten days after the date of publication of this notice. Objections or protests should be mailed to the Executive Secretary, Public Service Commission of West Virginia, P.O. Box 812, Charleston, WV 25323.
