The object of the above entitled action is for Catherine Corbett to legally change his/her name to Maria J. Corbett. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Catherine Corbett to Maria J. Corbett.
A hearing shall be on the 8th day of December, 2016 at 11:00a.m. o’clock before the Honorable Judge Cuomo at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
