AMENDMENT 16-007
REGARDING
HEALTH HOME – BIPOLAR/HEPATITIS
Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. Section1396a (a) (13) (1997) and 42 C.F.R. Section 447.205, the Department of Health and Human Resources (“Department”, Bureau for Medical Services (“Bureau”) provides notice of the filing of a state plan amendment (SPA), identified as SPA 16-007, to expand to the whole State the current health home program for those who have bipolar disorder and are at risk for hepatitis B or C.
This SPA will be effective April 1, 2017. The expected fiscal impact for fiscal year 2017 is $777,546.
The SPA and this notice will be available for public inspection in each county office of the Department of Health and Human Resources during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., beginning Monday, November 21, 2016 through Wednesday, December 21, 2016, and on the web at:
